What's, going on guys is soaked, and I am back with a brand-new video on spa DUP tag and in today's video I'll be showing you guys the video footage and store images that I got of the rear cameras found on the iPhone 8 plus. Now, of course, if you guys are interested in seeing the video footage and still images the Eager of the front selfie camera on this particular smartphone and hit that subscribe button and the BAD our countryside of it to be notified. When I upload and release my review and if you'd like to see a comparison between the rear camera on the iPhone, a plus and the iPhones the closest rival, the Samsung Galaxy note a could be caught in the top right corner to go ahead and watch that video but Vine further ado. Let's hit the titles. The first images that I'm going to show you guys are taken above the primary wide-angle camera and the secondary two times optical zoom camera. This should give you guys a good fuel as to what the color is like being reproduced from either of these cameras, along with the detail that these cameras preserve and the natural both effect that you will see in the background of these subjects, next up, I do want to show you guys.
Some panoramic images that were taken directly with the iPhone 8 plus I have found that the panoramic images that are taken with the iPhone, a plus for the most part, are correctly exposed unless you do have some sort of bright light, i. e. the Sun that will, of course distort the image and slightly make that part the panoramic image a little more overexposed. This is also an issue that I've seen with the majority of smartphones of gamma over 2017. So it's an issue that I wouldn't worry too much about move the iPhone 8 plus you do have a secondary telephoto camera, which does allow up to two times optical zoom and using software.
The iPhone 8 plus is able to push it out ten times digital zoom. Now, while the iPhone 8 plus most certainly is one of the best smartphones. When it comes to zooming in on distant objects, and do you think that it is better buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 8? This is out of the 10 x, digital zoom. There is a noticeable amount of noise that can be found in the image, and if you are interested in seeing how the note 8 compares to the iPhone a plus, then you can click the first link in the description section to go check out a video of already posted. If you take a look at the iPhone, a plus, telephoto camera, you will notice that it has an aperture of f28 when compared to the f1 point I found on its primary camera.
So this of course means that when it comes to low-light performance, if you are going to be zooming in or using the telephoto camera, then you may want to use it in a slightly more lit environment. This is, as there will be, a noticeable amount of noise when you are zooming in on these objects, for example, compare this image that was taken at midday at ten pounds, digital zoom to this image that was taken once again with ten Punk digital zoom. But just as the son was about to say it now, I'm, not saying that the iPhone a plus is camera is not able to take decent pictures at low light conditions. As I'm sure. We can all agree that the images that you are seeing right now, especially in the conditions that they were shot in, do look pretty decent.
But all I am saying is that if you do start to use the telephoto camera and start zooming in using the digital zoom that you may want to think twice, especially if you are using it in low light conditions. Naff talk very highly of how the iPhone 8, plus using either the primary wide-angle camera or the secondary telephoto camera, is very capable when it comes to exposing for different lighting conditions, and these images that you've just seen should hopefully clarify what I mean by this. Also using the secondary telephoto camera I was able to get some impressive, looking close-up shots, a variety of different subjects that how they detail, also just like last year's iPhone 7, plus the new iPhone 8 plus, is capable of taking portrait images. Besides using the new iPhone, a plus, you are actually able to use artificial intelligence to adaptive change the lighting, something that Apple are calling portrait lighting and the five different types of these unnatural studio, contour stage and stage like mono noir the last two being stage light and stage like mono didn't perform as well as I hoped, if previous three had performed exceptionally well. Now, of course, how many times you use this feature is going to be directly dependent on how many times you take portrait images.
So before going to showing you guys, some video clips taken with the iPhone 8 plus, using both of its rear cameras, I, do want to bring to your attention that this smartphone only has optical image stabilization on the primary wide-angle camera and not secondary telephone and I. Do also want to mention that there is an array of three different microphones positioned strategically around the smartphone to capture audio, so just to round things up. I do believe that the iPhone 8 plus has one of the best smartphone cameras that I've personally used now, yes, to a certain extent, when zooming in using up to 10 times optical zoom I would prefer the images to look a little more clear. But of course that's what you get when you are using digital zoom, as opposed to use an optical zoom and for the next model. iPhone I would like to see the primary camera get slightly wider field of view, and these cameras are also capable of capturing some incredibly crisp 4k footage, an EVA, 60, 24 or 30 frames per second.
One. Major downside, though, would say is that the audio quality coming off these smartphones isn't as good as wife heard, with a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. So then guys that has been it for today's video I do hope he did enjoy it if he did enjoy them, be sure to hit that like button, and if you want you around here, then why not subscribed click the ball icon to be notified when I upload.
