Hi, this is Elliot from epic tutorials here, and I wanted to bring you a quick front-facing camera comparison between the iPhone 7 plus and the iPhone 6s plus. Now, if you're interested in the dual camera rig, I have set up here, I'm just going to record a quick video for you using the Nexus 6p. You can see that I have this little dual camera mount. That I got on. Amazon was only about seven dollars, and it is fantastic now when I purchased, the iPhone 7 plus I, of course, purchased it for the rear dual camera system, but I got the biggest surprise in image quality with the front facing camera. It now, of course, records in 1080p up to 50 megabits per second, when using an app like film Pro.
If we compare this to the iPhone 6s plus errs from facing camera, this is limited to 720p, with a maximum bit rate of 25 megabits per second. So, just going off those numbers, we should have a two times increase in the image quality other than that I, really like the saturation on the iPhone 7 + 7, +, S, front-facing camera, as well as it has a bit more contrast and, of course, is much sharper. One thing to be aware of, though, is if using the automatic mode, the white balance tends to warm it up between five and eight hundred Kelvin warmer than it should be. But again, this is an issue if you shoot with an app like film Pro that allows you to manually bring that back down to 5600 Kelvin for daylight conditions anyway, I'd be very interested to hear what you think about the camera. Is it noticeable once it's uploaded to the web? Okay and make sure you view this in HD.
If your interest about the audio solution, I've got the Zen Laser clip mic digital actually on the inside of my shirt, because there's a bit of wind anyway, let me know what you think in the comments. I've been very happy, and this is probably going to be the first iPhone, where I will actually produce video content using the front-facing camera, because I feel it looks that good thanks for watching.
