IPAD 7TH GENERATION UNBOXING + CUSTOMIZATION By Yagmur

Hi everyone welcome back to my channel if you're new, my name's yammer, obviously so excited about this video I've been wanting an iPad for so long. Ever since I had one last semester, our school gave them out. They wanted all the students to have one, but we had to give them back and ever since I've been hooked on my iPad, and I'm super excited to have one for this school year too, because I know it was so convenient to have it last year in school. So I'm going to be doing my iPad, unboxing and right here is my iPad. I got the space gray 10.2 inch, just the regular iPad 32 gigs I felt like I didn't- need that much storage because I also have my MacBook and I also got the apple pen with it, so that I can take my notes and do everything I need to do just a little disclaimer for the unboxing part of it. I kind of want it to be all the satisfying sounds that come with unboxing things and kind of ASMR.

You know, so I'm not even going to speak during the unboxing portion. I'm just going to let you guys hear all the little satisfying noises of the plastic coming off right before I get into unboxing it. I kind of just want to show the box so pretty nice and then the Apple Pencil, uh woof, all right. Now that the unboxing portion is done, I'm going to do the setup of my iPad. I still don't have a case for it, which is kind of making me nervous.

I did order one on Amazon, so it should be coming soon, but just going to have to be really careful until it comes in. So I'm just selecting like the main setup of it right now. It's acting like language country, I'm gonna, get that set up, and then I'll get back to you when I'm at the main homepage ready to customize okay. So it's finally, all ready to play with this is exactly how it came. This is like the home startup screen that it came with the background I just have to set up my pen, I'm pretty sure you just like to connect it to the little charging dock.

Okay, pairing requested, so you literally just connect it with the charging port, and then you can pair is it done like I don't know if it's paired already, let's see oh yep it pairs in literally one second. What should I do? First, first, I'm going to download all the apps I need for school and for whatever I'm going to customize, my home page. Let's see all the apps, I don't need. I don't like this setup right now. So what we're going to do is.

Let me look at my phone and see where I have things set up, so I can have it kind of the same photos. We're going to move this over here messages can stay down there, safari music. Let's put this over here, safari music. I like that this one I don't want there um notes, I'll use, voice, memos I'll use contacts, nope maps, not on my iPad, put that in there absorbable keep books we'll get books podcasts. I probably won't listen too much on my iPad.

That looks good for now. I'm going to move this whole folder over here done. Okay, what's on this page, we're going to put all of these. In a folder um, can we move this entire folder over okay? Let's do it, let's put it in there. Can we do that? Okay? Well, at some point, I'm going to have to move everything from one of these folders to the other one, because I don't want two folders.

Why would I need that? Let's go into the app store, okay search, I'm going to download a few of like the school apps that I need, and then I will also do fun ads like I've decided to go with good notes over notability. I've always used notability when I had my iPad in high school and when I had one in college, but I've been watching a lot of videos, and I feel, like good notes, would be better for me because it's a little more you're able to be a little more creative with it is what I took from all the videos that I saw, so we're downloading good notes. Oh good nights, um good notes, five yep, that's the one! Good notes is downloading right now. What other apps do I need? I want to get procreate, so let's download that okay, those two are downloading right now, let's change this ugly background to find cute backgrounds, I always just write aesthetic iPad wallpaper and, let's see what do I like this one's cute kind of- let's just say, let's do add to photos by the way I didn't want to sync my phone and my iPad. I kind of want to have them separate.

Furthermore, I wanted to start from scratch here, and I don't want, like all of my photos, to transfer or anything like that. Furthermore, I kind of like this too, so we're going to add to photos what else anything else. Oh my gosh, I need to log in the only thing that really sucks about getting a new device is that you have to log into all of your apps and everything like that. Let's see this open it in the Pinterest app. I have to download the Pinterest app.

This is cute. There we go. These are the things that I'm looking for right now. I like this one, this one's pretty okay. So, let's download this okay, okay, I'm going to go to my photos and then let's see I want to use this one.

Let's see if it's going to fit this works. I like this, so we're going to set it as both this is probably temporary, but I like it for now it's cute, so we all know who's the queen of like customization for mac books and iPads Julia k. Wrist I've been learning from her videos how to customize my own things so go check out her video, but I'm going to be using a lot of her tips in this. The first thing I want to do, though, is go into my settings and then let's go to display and brightness. I always my entire life.

I've never understood why people do dark mode. Furthermore, I thought it was so not cute, but now I'm kind of obsessed with dark mode. Furthermore, I like to have my brightness all the way up like all the time, except for at night the text size you can change. Furthermore, I think I like, where it's at we're done with that now, let me see, so we have procreated and good notes on here now. Furthermore, I just want to check it out because I haven't used the good notes app yet so, let's check it out: let's do a new one, a new notebook there's, so many choices.

These are cute. Oh, I love this. Okay, let's go with that. One definitely want the squared paper, there's so many choices: wow, okay, oops! I didn't even title it. It's fine! Okay, all right! So, let's start with a pen, the fountain pen.

I heard the point: four millimeter is good. I don't know how to change the size. So, let's see oh okay, point four millimeters! Ah, I missed this so much so now that that's out of the way, I'm just excited about this app, but let's get out of there because we have some more customization to do. I am gonna, show you exactly what Julia showed. I just want to customize all my apps and make them look cute and aesthetic and just adorable.

So let's do that. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I don't know I'm going to have to re-watch the video, but I am going to sync, my messages just so I can always like respond to people if I'm like doing something whatever, but I, like my little background, I'm gonna probably change the apps once I figure out how to actually do it good yeah, I pretty much- am just going to download one more app. That's my school app for now. That's all! I really need on the iPad for now, so we should be all set for school to start.

I'm excited, I'm gonna start already studying on this thing and writing my notes out, and I'm excited to also create thumbnails with this. So it's going to be fun for YouTube as well, but that is pretty much it for my iPad, unboxing and customization. I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
