HTC U11 Life Unboxing By DroidMatters

Hey guys Zach from Jordana's comm, we got to do a quick, unboxing and overview of the new HTC you 11 life. It was announced just today, November 2nd was announced both here in the US and for the rest of the world. The US version is going to have regular Android, Oreo, I believe or just Android the regular Android version, the other version of the EULA you 11 life will have Android 1, and then they also announced the HTC you 11 plus, which is a refresh of the new 11, really, really good phone. Unfortunately, it's not coming to the US. So without further ado, we're going to check this out real quick and go over the specs and everything else. So this is nice package here from HTC I, like if it's cool um.

So here's the HTC right here, it's dirty little dirty so because I played with it for a little earlier. So there you go see anyways so shows you hear that you know premium device, half the price you get it I mean this. So look they even give you a cloth. Wow, that's sick, see care! That's that's! Sonic noise-canceling headphones the USB-C plug right here. Also, you got the ip67 water and dust resistance, which is pretty close to I 60 ip68, but uh a little less. But it's not bad. It's a cool thing! This included this tripod here. If you want to take pictures or whatever so anyways, so no big deal.

Let's take it out real, quick yeah. This glove, it's became a bit to get remove. I guess but come on now come on. So, ladies and gentlemen, this e is the 11 life looks very similar to the 11 in terms of specs, pretty nice if I could say feels a little lighter, and that is because HTC decided to go with ploy carbonate or plastic USA instead of class that the U 11 has. So basically it's a little cheaper.

Here's, the U 11 just for comparison purposes, has glass in the back. You can feel if it's really premium. This is a little less premium, but it does look. Nice I'm not going to lie. It doesn't look really, really nice, so we move that box out of the way there you go and headphones out of the way.

So we can go check out this little a little foam here, so it has I'm going to turn it on. It has the power button there, the front I mean the home button in and up another screen right here. USB C port does 16 megapixel shooter in the front, with flash the same cameras actually in the front of the phone right here. You can't see it then, and this plays about five point about five inches. Mike went to Rich's 1080p batteries, pretty small, and it has three gigs of RAM three gigs of RAM.

It also has a micros slot here up to two terabytes, so it's going to be available starting today for about $349 u. s. dollars. T-Mobile is also going to be the exclusive carrier. That's gonna.

Have it here in the US, I was told that it's going to be a little cheaper through T-Mobile. It's really not a bad phone, really, not a bad phone for the price. A little high 349, maybe a $2.99 price starting price- would have been great or maybe two forty, nine I don't want to be too harsh. But yes, so a no I'm, not naturally to give it that mid-level. Let's ? a premium / premium phone that you can get for 349.

You can actually get the 11 used right now for about one at 450 400 bucks on swap. But again this is a great phone. If you're looking to save money, if you're looking for something new, the version that sold on HTC comm is unlocked, so you can make it work on. You can have it. You can use it on AT&T T-Mobile, no problems there.

It also hasn't forgotten to mention the phone also has the edge squeeze which, which is uh. You know, which is a HTC own feature, that's also available on the pixel. So you can actually launch the camera you can launch. You can launch Google system just by squeezing your phone. So that's that's about it for now for this phone it does not have speakers boom sound speakers just like the HTC, you 11, but again the price is what's what's.

EGC is betting on they're betting, on that this phone is gonna appeal to the masses or to folks who are budget oriented would like to save money, or you know this will be a great phone for people who are looking for a cheap option or a backup phone order.
