So first go ahead and probably battery out and then hit the power button for around 1 minute. So after completing it go ahead pop the battery back in and reboot. Otherwise, if it works, then that's good. If it's not. If it's not, then go ahead and power off your device, remove the battery back again and then do the same for 1 1 minute after that's done, I'm sure it will work.

Yes, it will work because the was also having the problem with my HTC Desire 620 QI, and it works.
