Google PIXEL 4A 5G Review. The underrated phone. By Simply Jerome Henry

Hello everyone and welcome to another video. My name is Jerome, and today we're gonna talk about the pixel for a5g. I'm a proud owner of this pixel phone since Christmas- and I have to say, is really, really great, and this year googles has two main pixels: they've got the Pixel 4a 5g and the five well. I've decided to go for the 4a 5g for one reason, because the 485g and the 5 are almost identical inside they've got almost the same specs, but the 485g is got a bigger display. That's what I wanted, and also I don't like the back of the five. I don't know what I've done with it.

I don't like the feeling of it, so I'm decided to go for the 4a 5g. So it's a plastic back, so I'm losing the widest charging. I know, but I can't live with it, because it's such a great phone. So let's go with this review and let's find out first what's inside the box, and if you like this video, please don't forget to subscribe and thumbs up at the end of the video. I have to say I like it. It's very simple: it's very google-esque if we can say so inside what have you got? Well, you've got the phone that is here.

I'm gonna talk about it in a minute here, you've got, then you also have some leaflets. That's great, okay, this little tool here to extract your sim card because we all need it. You've got this little adapter, yes to transfer files, USB adapter to USB and a fast charger with USB. Thank you. Google.

That's really, really good, and here is the beauty, the Pixel 4a 5g. It's actually quite refreshing to have a matte black plastic yeah. It's actually good! You know, you've got it. It's a nice simple! Very google phone you've got the Google logo here. The camera bump and here you've got a fingerprint sensor here, and it works really, really well, it's very reliable, and it's a good place really nice to have then on the side here very simple: it is nice and simple minimalist on the top surprise.

What have you got here? Yeah headphone jacks, if you use um headphones, and you want the jack, so that's cool and on the back here, you've got the power button and a very click volume button. And what I like is this the white button. I think it looks really, really good and the star of the show is this: this is a flat display. It's a 1080p is an AMOLED display, and it looks really, really great and I are coming from a Samsung s10 plus which the curved display that looks nice, but honestly, a flat display is the way to go really like the feeling of it. So that's the beautiful here you've got pixel for a 5g, and he's got speakers here and here on the top, and I have to say the speakers are perfect.

I heard a lot of complain about the pixel 5, with the speaker on the top, that is under the glass, but this one is not, and it sounds good. I'm going to be honest with you. Furthermore, I don't really listen things directly from the phone I like to have my headphones. Furthermore, I've got uh Bluetooth, headphones, I've got the Samsung Galaxy but plus, and they work by the way. Really well perfectly.

You just have to download the Samsung wearable app, and it works fine with it. No connection issues, and they sound great, and it's easy to connect so speakers. If you need them they're here, and they're good okay, here you've got the display the beautiful full HD display of the Pixel 4a 5g. I think they've done something really great white are really nice. The color production is really, really great.

I love everything. How it looks is browsing. The web is really nice on it, and it's a nice display the camera here on the top doesn't disturb me. If much rather this than a notch like on the iPhone, and basically you won't be disappointed with this display, as is a full HD, which means that the battery, which is already pretty big inside, will last you all day. No issues at all.

That's one of the strong point of this phone. The battery is absolutely incredible. This is not a flagship phone who comes with the latest snapdragon processor inside, but it works really well, it's got the 765 if I remember snapdragon, and it's got anagram to works flawlessly, they've done later. Software updates that we received few uh days ago, and he makes this phone extremely snappy. So the software experience is very simple, is very android very google, very pure google android love it you've got security update um every month, which is good and also what I like is that when there is a new version of android you'll be one of the first with this version, because they come first to pixel the Google Assistant all the time here on the corner and well it yeah, as you can see, and it works really well, its super simple is nice.

I like what I've done here with all the settings is clean, nice and works. Fine is super snappy. The camera app on this pixel is nice simple. It's a bit like the iPhone because everybody likes iPhone because it's so easy to use, and this one it's the same. I think uh very easy.

You've got camera, you've got portrait, you've got night sight, videos and also some different modes here. But if you go to camera, you've got the white and ultra-wide cameras. Both are perfect and capable cameras. Perfect pictures with the pixel portrait here. You've got it's very easy, very simple: zoom in and zoom out, it's not big zoom out, but it is, and you've got also the night sight that works fantastically well, and when you put your phone on the tripod outside and when it's dark, and you put night sight, it will go automatically in astral photography.

I tried some abstract photography, but it didn't go very well because it was a bit cloudy and there was a bit of light pollution around. So I can't wait to go camping a little uh later in the year. Uh in Devon, with a clear blue sky, black sky and take a lot of macrophotography, because I think this is really very good things to have on the phone, and then you've got a video, so videos you can film up to 4k 60 frames per second with the rear camera and I have to say, the quality of the videos are perfect. I love how it looks. I love how I love the color reproduction and I know a lot of reviewers said that you know pixel.

Video is not that great, but why? Let me tell you something they're wrong, absolutely wrong. I love it and I love also the option that you've got with the stabilization mode you can have here. I don't know if you can see you've got the standard. You've got the locked, active and cinematic pan and cinematic pan is really, really great up to 4k, and it looks so nice and smooth it's fantastic love. It so do I recommend this phone? It's a no-brainer go and get this phone very often it can be on offer at 450 pounds here in the UK.

At the moment, it's at 4.99 and get it because you won't be disappointed and don't forget to put a case because it's a bit slippery. So thank you for watching this video.
