Google Pixel 3 XL - Unboxing in 2020 By DanieBoy's Tech

Hey guys Danny Boy here and today, I am unboxing. The Google Pixel 3xl Google's flagship from 2018 we're here now in early 2020, and I got this phone off of Amazon warehouse for a pretty substantial deal. It was like three hundred and eighty bucks, some somewhere around. There did four takes, and it had twenty percent off of that. So it made it about three hundred meat bucks for a very good condition. Basically, it appears to be one that was opened and returned, so I.

You know this is a pixel 3 XL was a really nice phone. It's a really well-built phone. Originally, this is a 64 gig model. It retailed for I, think $8.99 a year and three months later getting the phone for about a third of the original cost. It's pretty remarkable in my book and I think this is going to be a perfect phone night I had the Pixel 3a XL for about four months, and that was a good phone, but if you know.

Obviously it was a mid-range phone. This is supposed to have the same. Camera is that phone obviously, and that phone had a terrific awesome camera, so it'll be nice to have that camera back, but yeah I'm, just going to go ahead and unbox this and see what we got going on here now box did get a little smashed and shipping, but I, don't think that's gonna matter, because the feels the box feels pretty least inside this box. You know I, think it's going to be alright, so I go ahead and unbox this here and see you know what we got going on now, my Galaxy S ten and that I'm currently have been using this. My daily try I got it from Amazon Prime warehouse for substantial discount pick up a four hundred and seventy-four and early November, so that one is turned out really nice, okay.

So let's end the box here, I'll set that aside, so here we have it. The only issue with this is supposed to be that. The box is the image: let's take a look and see, if that's the case, I'm not really seeing any substantial damage to the box here, other than a heaven tape on it, so yeah Paul's. Looking good, thus far, I will open her up here, and I'll probably have to cut that tape. So give me a sec on that.

Okay, so I've got the tape cut, so I'm going to open this. For the first time, we'll see what we got going on here, all right there she is good. It's like the phone is not wrapped and anything. So let me be careful here. Looking perfect, I will pause.

The video take close inspection of it and just verify that fact. Okay, so I've checked over the phone, you know looks mint here, I'm, not really seeing anything that would tell me otherwise looks like it's in pretty good shape, I'm, not seeing any scratches or anything. So now it's just checking the performance and the screen and all that when I power it on, but I'll, look and see what else we have in the box here even has the original plastic here. Let's see got our stickers here and looks like the books even got the senate check your tool. Here's our USB, type-c cable, looks like it's.

Some pretty good condition there, and we do have the USB type-c to regular USB adapter there and the headphone jack adapter to be able to plug in 3.5 headphone, so very good, and then this would be our brick, and here it is looking perfectly fine, so yeah everything looks real nice here yeah, so I will go ahead and fire the phone on and then, of course, I will check the serial number of the phone to make sure it matches the box get going here. Okay, so I'm going to fire this up. For the first time here, okay, the screen looks real solid I'm, not seeing any bleeding or funky screen issues. Here everything looks real good, not sure how much of a battery life I'm going to have, so yeah looks like we got a winner here. You know this is looking perfect.

I'm going to get this all set up here through the settings and then get to the desktop here. One more thing before I wrap this video up I've got some accessories for the phone here at this case. Here it's a crystal clear case. It was like six bucks on Amazon I'll. Put a link for it in the description, so I think that'll be really nice and then got this IQ shield.

So let me get the case open up here now. These IQ shields are perfect, they're, my favorite type, a screen protector because you spray it on the lot the liquid, and then you put the screen protector on and just makes it easier in my opinion, and definitely a bubble-free experience to get these installed, which I really like, because one thing that's annoying is having a screen protector with bubbles on it. Don't want that alright, so here's the case for it looks real solid, looks like a nice case. Let me get the phone and get it put in here. Okay, so I got the plastic cleared off from the case here and, as you can see, it's a pretty nice clear case kind of got a hardback here.

Okay, so I will get the phone here and put it in the case. So we can see what it looks like in my case here. So there is looks very similar to my Pixel 3a Excel I. Had it just feels a lot more premium, you know, but as far as the build here is, it looks very similar. Even the size feels about the same.

This one might be a touch bigger, but it feels very similar. You still need to set it up, okay, guys. It was like a light setup, but I just wanted to get a view here of how things look before it starts in its thing with installing stuff, and let me see what version of e I think it's probably going to be.9 storage was ten point: eight seven East 64. Alright, let's see okay, guys I just checked in the about phone section, and it is running in 410. So it's pretty good. This must have been a recently returned unit for to be around Android, ten well trying to remember.110 came out I, think like in September or October so, and that regard it's more up to date and I thought it would be, there's full brightness there, but of course, I got to get this all set up. I got my sim card in here for daily driving purposes for now, and I'm just going to get this whole thing set up.
