In this video I will compare my two favorite smartwatches, the Huawei watch GT and the Samsung Galaxy watch. The retail price for the Samsung is three hundred and fifty dollars and the price for the watch. Gt is two hundred and thirty dollars. That is about thirty percent less than the Samsung. The feel of the watch is much different to the GT feels very light, but the Galaxy feels more solid, like more premium. I prefer the feel of the Samsung, but I prefer the looks of the watch GT.
The watch GT has a premium ceramic bezel that looks beautiful. Also, there are more polished surfaces on the case. I prefer the thickness on the Galaxy watch. The watch GT is very thin. I, like thicker watches but I know.
Most of the people prefer a thinner watch. It is just personal preferences. The Galaxy watch software is much better in the wire way. There is pretty much no customization whatsoever. There are just a few watch faces, and you cannot add more or customize the existing ones.
You can't change the face colors or choose what to display in the dials for the Galaxy watch. There are pretty much unlimited possibilities. There are many watch faces in the galaxy store and many of the official ones are customizable, although after a few months, I found out that I just use one face all the time. If you get the watch, GT expect to just have a couple watch faces step, counter basic notifications, heart rate and some sleep tracking. You cannot turn off Bluetooth and there is no airplane mode.
Also, there is no Wi-Fi and settings like rays to wake have to be adjusted at the phone. Now you can't do it on the watch, and also you can't adjust the time in your watch. It takes the time from your cell phone to turn on the always-on heart rate. Monitor you have to use the phone to the watch. Gt doesn't have a speaker, so you can't make phone calls using the watch with the Galaxy watch.
You can make phone calls because it has a speaker. I have only once used my galaxy watch to receive a phone call, it was by mistake, but sound was pretty good and caller said: I sounded okay on the way there is no always-on display. There is only a feature called Showtime and that will leave the screen on for five minutes. The Samsung can pretty much do 70% of what your cell phone does, and all settings are configurable within the watch itself. You can say that the galaxy watches a true Smartwatch in the watch.
Gt is a fitness tracker that looks like a watch. Okay, so Samsung's software is much better, but in the battery life Department the Huawei comes back strong I bought the watch GT two months ago, and I have charged only two times. Each charge has lasted me more than a month. That is impressive, I'm afraid of losing the charger, because I just don't use it. The Samsung just lasts a week with the same usage a week of battery life is acceptable.
I just wish the Samsung would charge faster with the watch GT, you will get a new SVC cable and the Galaxy watch still uses a micro, USB I appreciate the USB cable, because my phone has the same input. Both are water-resistant to 50 meters, so it is okay to swim, no need to worry about getting the watch. Wet I, never remove my watch while taking a shower I even turn on the screen to see the time- and there is no problem at the end- would I buy them again? The answer is yes for the Wow way and yes for the Samsung. However, if I had had the Huawei first, I probably wouldn't have bought the Samsung. If you prefer the looks on the Samsung, then the Samsung will be a perfect watch for you just look for a sale.
The Galaxy watch usually goes on sale for less than $300. You.
