Today I have the iPhone 10 in the Samsung Galaxy note 9 and, as a lot of you already know, fortnight beta is now available on Android and the note 9 is one of the best devices you can play fortnight on. So what we're going to do is play it on both devices and see which one offers a better fortnight. Gaming experience and by the way fortnight is fully updated on both phones, and we're going to screen record on each device to see how they handle it. So, as you guys can see, we're here in game, I'll show you where at 100% battery life, 100% brightness and there is no other apps open just for tonight, and we've also updated both the iPhones hand and the note 9 to the latest updates and the ones that fix all the performance issues, especially the performance issues in iOS. So let's go ahead and get into the game, as you guys can see. I've got the galaxy skin because of the note 9 here.
So one thing that kind of sucks about the iPhone is the notch. Of course, it does get in the way it covers a little of this information on the UI, but it's not too bad Wow. Incredibly, like barely any dropped frames from that whoa got him man. Everything is incredibly smooth, I've got to say: I can't see any dropped frames. This is incredible, oh man, so this I'm going to do something a little different.
We're going to turn on screen recording, so everything looks and feels pretty decent. So far, even with screen recording on it's incredibly smooth, I'm, not seeing I, don't think any drop frames. One thing that's weird I think the brightness is changing a little by itself. That's weird Wow! Someone came up behind me. What was that everything just looks beautiful? It looks really colorful everything's, incredibly smooth, even with screen recording on it's been recording for I, don't know how long 20 minutes, maybe man anyways.
Let's stop this recording I was incredibly long. We're at 85% we've been playing for around. Let's say 25 minutes, total 85 is not too bad. The phone does feel a little warm, but we'll see how the note 9 is compared to this. So here, as you guys, can see we're at a hundred percent battery life, 100 percent brightness, there is no other apps open just fortnight.
So one thing you'll instantly notice is the screen is a lot bigger and there's no notch to deal with that was actually pretty smooth I think it's a little less smooth than the ad 110, actually auto-aim, so bad, it's annoying, maybe I should get rid of it. Ah man, hiding man in the corner, so one thing I noticed is that when you're actually in game, you get some video graphics, quality options. So I changed it down to hi, just like on the iPhone 10, since it wasn't able to get to epic, but I will try epic a little later, just to see how much better it is. Alright, are you joking me man, this auto, hey I'm, so annoying anyways, the gameplay is pretty smooth just like on the iPhone 10. Let's go ahead and try to know the match, except this time, we're going to do some screen recording alright, let's go ahead and turn on the screen.
Recording there you go so one thing I noticed while recording is: if try to adjust your volume, it lags like Super bad, the gameplay itself. Isn't too bad so far, did you get him? Oh no, the guy, oh, its close man come on. Epic looks great, very, very detailed. It's still smooth I, don't really notice any frame drops, so it plays great on the note 9, so I've been recording for around the same time as the iPhone 10 looks like we're at 84%. Well, that's actually pretty close, pretty even but I have to mention that this Galaxy Note 9 has a four thousand William hour battery, much larger than the iPhone tens.
So I just finished playing on both phones and here are my conclusions. First, the note 9 screens is much larger, and it's got no, not so it's more immersive and better. In that sense, it's also more saturated in colorful compared to the iPhone 10. The batteries on both devices seem to drain at around the same speed. Although the note 9 has a larger battery, so it might last longer I'm not sure why it couldn't get epic settings to work on the iPhone 10, but on high.
They both were pretty equal. They looked great. There are both very smooth except I, think the iPhone 10 was a little more smooth and, while recording the note, 9 had some issues where I was trying to change the volume, and it wouldn't change for maybe like 5 to 10 seconds, which was really annoying. The iPhone 10 was perfect, and I could just keep recording. Both devices got a little warm, but none got hotter than the other, so they both did a pretty good job in that regard.
Overall, if you're going to be playing for tonight, either of these devices will be great for you. Let us know what you thought about this comparison in the comment section below.
