Drawing with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6! (Plus Unboxing!!!)

Why do I look so sleepy on camera, my eyes: oh sheesh, okay, I have to, wake up guys all right? It's sorry, I, just look like crap all right. So today, I'm going to be unboxing the tab, s6 I know a lot of people online have already done it. So the only thing I'm going to be doing is unboxing it, and then I'm going to be actually drawing with it, which is gonna, be totally dope. I got two other tablets already over my lifespan, No. What is it? No pro 12.2 I really like this one I've been drawing with it for a while. Now the only thing I don't like about it is that the processor is dated now so now, I've had to get something newer, something newer, — I got the very large.

What is it the iPad Pro 12.9? Now this one is the first generation, so this one is also old processors. Also old, the display is definitely dated, so I definitely needed an upgrade, though the speakers on this thing are fantastic. I, like the Apple put, so I have to, say it's really cool alright. So the first thing we're going to be doing is gonna, be looking at this bad boy right here, I really like the box, already look tab, f6 and you guys haven't seen I did get the new phone tour as well. The note 10 plus I think I'll be doing with that one soon, if you guys tend to request it, but for now I don't want to be drawing with this one, and I'm going to be a box in this one.

So let's go ahead and look at it guys. Alright, so here goes the tab. S6 boxer, boxer, I'm, Lux it let's go ahead, and I'll get singing back. I! Think there's a tape right here. Thingy one right here as well.

There you go alright, just put this somewhere. Well won't buy stuff, let's go ahead and take this top portion up. Alright, so here goes the tablet itself, I have to, say: Samsung knows how to secure their tablets. Let's put this aside for now here goes the s-pen. The s-pen looks really cool.

Let's see if we can see the same, something like yep it's in Reverse, as you can see, it's really light. What's hoping for something heavier when I'm flying, maybe it'll be like a third market, one that'll come out and be a little heavier. All right here goes the fast charging brick. As everyone already knows. We need to look at that, and what's this, the cable to the fast charging, brick is gonna, be a type C, obviously again, because everyone's using type C I hope.

So, what's this the oh, we don't need that I, don't think we do paperwork. We don't need to look at that. What's this thing yeah, this is the little thing to take out those little things from your S Pen, as you can see just clamp down on it right here, and you go wrong way. You tap it down like this tick it off. Just like that.

I'm gonna, put that to the size for now. I'm surprised that something like this doesn't come with a pair of earphones. Oh yeah, that's right! It doesn't come with a pair of earphones because this tablet does not have a what is it 3.5, millimeter jack port kind of sucks? Oh well, alright! So we're done with this portion. Let's go ahead and put this on the ground and look at the actual tablet itself, which is this right here. So let's see do we pull from the back and forward or back? Let's see it shows a tab right here.

I guess, I'll pull just happen, just tap one top one. So I was like I'm pulling off a diaper. Alright do I just slip it out. Now then yep there we go. Oh boy, oh man, this thing is super light and then I have to say look at it.

Alright, so here's the back. It says: Samsung, very shiny. Here's where you put your little pen thing I haven't done this yet so there seems to be like a little magnet on the back, though she could find it. It's like a little great tab. Oh there, it goes I think that's it.

There's two of them yeah like there's one right here and then there's one here, but that's the pressed button one, so I see oh yeah there we go just like that. This is powered by a lot of power. The sound is powered by the AKG, which really sounds good. In case you didn't know, there are four speaker vents, so there's one right, two right there, and I thought. There's two up here looks like that's the best shot, I'm going to get of the back part of it.

Well, the undercarriage of it. There goes two more speaker grilles. There goes the little camera right there that probably never used, because I am NOT one of those douchebags that use their cameras on their tablets. So let's go ahead and power it on. Let's see what the power button is up here.

Oh my goodness, Derek there I go again. Look at that ugly dude, all right there we go the Samsung Galaxy S6, alright, so what I want to do now is I want to put in my information, I'm going to download the app that I used, mostly for drawing, and I'll, be right back guys. Alright. So, as you can see, there's something extra added to this. I ended up adding a case to it and, as you can see, this is the name to it.

It was actually pretty cheap on Amazon. It does have an opening for your S Pen and since we're talking about the S Pen right now, I do have a negative about this tablet is that it doesn't have extra magnets on it. So it's going to be easier to knock this thing off and what it feels like. It seems to be only a magnet right here. There's not one right here.

At least yeah. It's pretty flimsy right here, but over here is pretty strong, I kind of wish. You had one on this side here and here's enough that would be harder to take out, but then I thought I, guess they're keeping everyone in mind. I guess if it was too hard to take off, some would have trouble and a new complaint about that. So I'm, okay with it for now I, could get the Samsung cover, because this half cover actually has the one.

We could just flip right here, and it protects this, or it doesn't fall out of your little slot right there all right so enough. Talking about this thing! Well, it doesn't just like you know, put it in portrait mode or whatever Oh. Actually we're going to be doing that right. Now, let's go ahead and put that in portrait mode for now, because we're gonna, be oh look we're already on our app oh, but before we do that, let's go ahead and go back, so I can show you exactly what app that is. So it's called the Autodesk Sketchbook just tap on it, and it'll go directly here.

Let's see, I'm going to go back really quick sake. Show you what it looks like all right, so you tap on it, and this is the first thing that we introduced to I. Don't have a login for now. I just want to keep it when you start drawing. So you step on this now you start drawing as you can see.

I had scribbled some stuff already. Alright, I just want to get the camera adjusted to this. So let's go ahead and erase this for now. Because I really don't need this. So let's go ahead and use the eraser.

Let me just so here: I guess: there's parking easier way to do this, but I'm lazy, so I'm just gonna. Do this right now, let's go ahead and reverse this and put this nice and white alright. So let's put it back on pencil, and I'll. Show you guys some neat things that you can do actually put on and first let me see it's on white I think, so that means we have to put some color to it. Oh yeah, the colors from right here, my idiot, alright, so you select from there you go to this thing right here, and then you select your color.

So let's go to block alright should be on the pen tool, alright, correct! Alright, let's go ahead and get rid of that. I want to show you a small trick with this, like especially be having tough trying to draw straight lines like what you would do it. This is like first test out your lines just like this. Now this pen is pretty good. Actually, you feel, like your lines, aren't good doing what you do.

Are you tap on this little squiggly line here? So you can see for predictive stroke, so that means it's going to predict your stroke. Basically, they'll have levels 1 all the way to 5 from what I remember. So, let's go ahead and go to 5. So you can see what our predictive stroke is. Yep see is predicting is a straight line or a curve.

Let's go ahead and go get rid of these lines out here. So we could see the predictive curve actually makes it a lot straighter than it should be, or if you go straight, is going to make a straight line. Sometimes it doesn't work, we're just kind of weird. Actually, if you do a box, it actually turns it straight into a box or tries to see a circle. The doors a lot better see turns into an egg.

How strange this does help make your lines a lot straighter, but what I would suggest is just doing your lines on your own. Try to practice on your own. So for now let's go ahead and just put it to -. Why should I just turn it off for now, let's go to pencil, we're going to draw an arm, so we're gonna. Do first is gonna, draw the shoulder there, you go, that's going to be a shoulder.

It's going to be the longer part of the arm, which includes the bicep and the tricep all right there. After that, that's gonna, be the middle part of the arm is make an indication of where the middle part is right here now, after that, there's going to be the full arm, so the farm is also gonna, be one big oval. The wrist, also a square and another circle which is going to indicate the hand, or we might do a fist. Just like this, all right, let's go ahead and start putting indicators of where all muscle groups are all right. So first thing we're gonna.

Do is they're going to up close it right here and put our lines right here, nice and dark. It's going to be our first shoulder connect it into our bicep, so our bicep peak is gonna, be right here. After that, our elbow. It's going to connect right here. It's going to be small curved.

Let's go ahead and start putting indicators of a muscle right here. It's like that, and we're going to do now is put the back. The bicep right here my shapes, break you up and after that we're going to put the tricep indication of the back head or the tricep right here, and the continuum part of the shoulder coming up right here, just like that crease right here for the bicep again and the lateral part of the shoulder muscle right here, just going to put a line right here. In the case, you have a lateral part of the shoulder alright. So for now, let's go ahead and go to the elbow portion.

Let's go ahead and put the bone for the elbow right here. Let's go ahead and put the line outlined ready for a trouble area. I still have trying to draw my forms all right here and connect those two right there. Now you got yourself an arm iced over to sort of arm. Alright, let's go right here there we go! That's where it greases, basically right here, and here goes the wrists, so the bone should be down here right here.

I thought they'll, be this right here: let's go ahead and draw a fist. Instead, I don't have too much time to draw each finger, so let's go ahead and draw a box dent and for now let's go ahead and finish the rest of the arm. For now the fatty part of the hands over here all right. There we go alright, so one thing I did want to show you from this thing as we joined the arm is we're going to shade it, so how we're going to do that? We're going to use the same thing: the pencil tool and this particular pencil right here- shades extremely well, so we're gonna start over here. It's going to make it a bit! Thicker yep right here, start shading right here, nice dark area and should be good right here you want to make it lighter.

All you got to do is change it to white I thought we'd go back right here, start hitting it up. Just like this, get your highlights right there. Just like that. I see it up nice and weight right here, yep just like that. Alright, let's go back to dark.

Let's go ahead up! This portion now keep this head right here. This is gonna, be the middle part of the shoulder nice and dark right here. Try to remember press lightly, though there we go just like this, it's in dark in the middle and a that go lighter, lighter, lighter we're trying to keep some light right here, because I want to keep it dark right here, because it's one part of the shoulder right here and that's that this is a completely different one right here. So this portion right here wants to be a bit dark too just to separate these shoulder, brightness yep right there, just like that all right. So what we want to do next just continue the arm.

We could put more detail to this one we'll be here all day if we continue doing that, let's go ahead and start this one right here. It's going to be dark right here, because there's the inner part of the arm, so right here will be a bit dark going in here and that's how it will go light. Just like that good way to get references would be to take one of your action figures put it under our light. I thought you'd get very good details to see where your light would go. I tend to do that.

A lot still and actually self figures like that by the way they're from manga they tend to. Let go you take a picture of it, and after you've traced over it. Well try not to trace guys just try to go off of your own imagination, all right so from here. I think you have obviously guessed dark right here and after that, we're going to go shake it inward. Just like this.

Okay, where you did keep it nice and dark inward, because this is gonna, be the reflective light. That's the purpose of it! Staying that color very good. Just like that all right now, let's go ahead and do the inner part of the arm. This right here is gonna, be all dark, except for this portion right here, I've got the outer part reflective light. Yep just keep that dark.

Dark, dark, dark, dark all right now with this portion right here. This is a crease. This might need to be light, let's see which one, it probably is better s all right. So if this bicep is peaking right here, that means we'll probably have to shade it in a bit dark right here, yep and I thought this will be peaking over here. So that means we'll be blocking a little of light.

So that means we'll be dark right here there we go. We go oops almost knocked off on my camera, not a good idea. Heroes there we go all right. Let me fix this right here, though yep all right, that's good! Right there, all right, as you can see, the arm is coming along there's a little of the tracing over, but you could always get rid of that in case you put another or not in case, if you put another layer so next time you do the shading part just making another layer for the shading portion. I.

Just did it like this because we're trying to go into a quicker mode, all right, so let's go ahead and do the form now, like I said before, I have trouble with the form. So let's go ahead and there we go with the form. You always want to make a lot of different creases, because the form does have a lot of muscles, and you can see right here. I want this to be one muscle right here, leading inward and after that has to be another one that leads into the biceps the inner bicep, which would be right here. So there has to be one that twist is over this way.

In case you guys need any references to muscles look up. Some muscle, anatomy on Google tested helped out a lot with joy. Alright, so now we're going to be twisting one in this way. All right, let's see yep I, need to remember twist that pencil to the side in case you want to shape a lot deeper there. We go just like that.

Alright, there's no put too much reflective light on this side. Yeah, there you go just shoring it down a little there. We go muscle right there just like that. Alright, now we got a band some of these inwards, so right here and sort of come by and turn see the arm and right here. Just like that, there we go well.

It looks pretty neat like I said. The reflective light is pretty a little too much on one side: let's go ahead and darken that in I don't want too much reflective light. Just like this. There we go alright. Now we got to finish the face, which is another portion.

I have trouble with. If you guys have trouble doing your fist, all you got to do is again reference. It just makes sure it's only a reference, don't copy it straight out. You guys don't want to get used to copying something all right there we go if I mess up on this fist. It's fine I'm, just not very good at drawing fist.

Alright, there's that little meaty part on both sides just like that. Alright, alright, so here's what we're going to do now we're going to draw each individual finger, which is very gonna, be the most difficult part, the middle and then the side, yes see what I mean came up really, really weird: it's okay, alright knuckles, probably can't see cause now I'm blocking away because I'm trying to enjoy it. There you go and this one right here, alright yeah see. Look at this top part looks all funky I think that's all I need to do a thick top off enough that maybe it'll end up looking better knuckles, all right kind of looks weird, but let's go ahead and shade it in alright. Alright I came out.

Okay kinda same thing under the Nook was now under the fingers, not Knuckles, nice and dark. Under there same thing with the thumb there you go all right, Sam I looks good I, see what the arm looks. Like Wow looks pretty good kinda, you feel like it didn't end up. Good. All you have to do is go back, fix certain areas, all right, let's go ahead and go to white.

Now, let's see if we could put any highlights to this oops wait, let's go ahead and yep there we go yep just like! So that's. If you want to once you leave it dark, it's fine I always find leaving it dark. I, just like to always add extra. For some reason there you go. No, it's all soft yeah.

That's pretty good, though, doesn't look like a muscle. The arm I wish. My arm looked like that. Alright guys so that was me jarred on the Galaxy Tab s, 6 and I have to, say I really liked John in this tablet. Sorry that my giant wasn't very good I'm still practicing drawing on camera.

It's like basically difficult for me to draw on camera. If it's on paper I could definitely do it. But if it's not on paper, then it's going to be difficult. Trying to do this because I got to look off this camera. Look from there John on this, and that's not very easy.

It's very difficult and if you're wondering why I'm wearing a different shirt now I did a video a separate day. Sorry guys I'm, just like very busy so yeah, guys, I'm, hoping like you guys like this video. If you guys didn't like the drawing you're more than or more than welcome, to give the video a thumbs down and tell me that I'm either proven I, don't mind that I really do need the criticism and yeah. If you guys want to get this tablet, do a drawing for yourself. I want to see what it looks like and, like I said, my only complaint.

For this thing is the pen and the back portion of it the magnet yeah it's just like the way sticks to it. It's like, let's see, can I do it from yeah, see you see how it Wiggles. That's like yeah, it's not supposed to do that. It sticks now, but it's not supposed to do that. I really don't like that, but you know what it is, what it is I'm, hoping that the future models don't have only one magnet, and they have multiple magnets, because, I, really gotta, say I really like this tablet.

It looks cute, it's really skinny the speakers are allowed and the drawing aspect of it, because I think the pen itself is like port in points of pressure. So they like that yeah. So I really like this tablet. I still like my iPad Pro a better for drawing because of the appropriate app I kind of wish procreate. Just went to Android it'd be so cool if they did that, because then that damn it they did, that I'll be happy with this tablet just exclusively joined with this little one, but for now it's like I'm still going to be joined on my iPad Pro, because the screen is so big.

That's another thing, I'm hoping that one day Samsung does the big screen again at least a 13-inch screen, or even a 12.2 like they did with the old one. Besides that, I still like you know the small screen on this one, but I really hope they don't do the big one again so yeah guys you guys, like this video, give it a thumbs up and if you guys haven't subscribed to my channel yet feel free to do so, and as always guys. Thanks for your support, and I'll, see you guys later.
