Day 0 - Unboxing the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G in Phantom Silver from T-Mobile

Aloha everyone- this is max with Asian geek squad, and I am very excited today. I have the unboxing from the latest flagship from Samsung, the Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra 5g, don't forget to subscribe, we'll be doing a separate video for the unboxing of the s21 and the s21 plus. Let's take a look at the box, as you can see here, the box is a lot slimmer than prior years. The same goes with the other galaxy series as well, and the color we have here is the phantom silver and the other colors we'll be unboxing is the phantom violet for the s21 and s21 plus all right. Let's just go ahead and dive in all right so inside we don't have that many things anymore. We have a quick reference guide terms and conditions.

The version I have is T-Mobile, so it came with a T-Mobile sim card and the only other thing in the box is an USB-C to USB-C charging cable. There is no wall, brick, but it does come with a sim tray ejector, that's right on the outside of the box and other than that here we have the phone itself. Let's go ahead and remove the plastics there's two and there's one more here for the camera. Oh, that's, really! Cool protects the camera lenses as well all right. So here it is phantom silver.

It kind of has a different color undertone, depending on the light. So here it almost looks like a light, very light, bluish pink, the back here is glass and so far you can see here it does attract some fingerprint, but not too much compared to other prior devices. Let's go ahead and take a look around the device here on the side. You have the power button, let's go ahead and turn it on and don't forget to take that plastic off, which is right below the power button. It goes around the top of the device and there's a plastic along the bottom as well.

So here's a look at the back and the camera hump. It's really cool it melts into the side right here you have the silver rim, the power button here and the volume up and down rocker. Here's a look at the bottom, you're charging port speakers and your microphone so just be careful. The sim card hole is right. Next to it, when you remove your sim tray, you use this hole right here, which is farther from the center, and here you have room for a single sim card, no expandable storage.

Here on the left side, there are no buttons, but you have two bands here on the side: that's a different color and here on the top extra bands and microphone holes. Alright. So if you're watching this video, it's probably not the first Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra 5g video you've watched, but let's go over some specs' snapdragon 888 here in the US 6.8 inch, quad, HD, plus AMOLED infinity, oh display with a 40 megapixel, front-facing camera, so 3200 by 1440, which is 551 PPI 120 refresh rate. This one has a huge 5000 William battery and on the inside we have the base model here, which starts at 11.99, which has 12 gigs of ram and 128 gigabytes of storage. Considering that there's no expandable storage, I would suggest maybe getting at least a 256, especially if you keep your phones for longer periods, because you, because of the higher megapixel count, you'll, probably be taking larger video and picture sizes and speaking of the camera hump here it is so let's go over the camera lenses, starting with the upper left, 12 megapixels, ultrawide camera, the second one here in the middle 108, megapixel primary camera.

Third camera here is a 10 megapixel, telephoto camera you have the laser autofocus flash led, and the fourth camera here is the second 10 megapixel telephoto lens. You can record 8k at 24 frames per second or 4k at 60 frames per second, which is really awesome so holding it for the first time. This has some heft to it, and it's definitely top heavy due to the camera hub. So the phone here is surprisingly not as hard to hold as I'd. Imagine considering how big it is, then again, this doesn't have a case yet, and it's top heavy because of the camera hump, but stay tuned we'll be coming out with our first impressions as soon as we set this up, and also we'll be setting up our smart tag and our Samsung Galaxy buds pro, and we have case reviews coming up, such as urban armor gear, alright guys, that's a quick unboxing of the Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra and 5g stay tuned for more videos and tutorials.

Thank you guys for watching aloha.
