Coolpad Cool S - Unboxing & Initial Impression By Phones In Nepal

Hello and namaste everyone. This is me summer from phones in Nepal and welcome to a brand-new video. So in this video we will be unboxing. The latest meteor smartphone from cool pad, that is the cool pad cool s. So here we have the cool pad cool s in his white box, with silver accents. So before we dive into the unboxing part of the video, let us just quickly go over through the contents of the phone at least outside.

So, first and foremost, we have the cool pad coo lash branding up top, which is great. It comes in a silver accent which looks really great, so that is followed up by a cool pad look at the bottom, and at this side we have the motor of the company that is cool for life. So that's here and the other side also has the same branding at the back. We might have some specifications so yeah. We do have some specification which we'll quickly go through so first and for first and foremost, the phone has a 6.53-inch full HD display, which is great for the price. It comes right so for those wondering the price of the cool pad, cool ash is rupees, 22 595, which is great and so for the price you get a 5000 William hour battery and the phone also comes with the hello b60 processor uh.

So this is something like that: cool pad could have improved upon we'll touch on the subject more once we have unboxed the phone, so the other like the feature of the phone. That is like really great, is a squad camera setup, so it is made by a 48 megapixel primary sensor. There is also 8 megapixel 5 megapixels and a 0.3 megapixel sensor, making up the quad camera setup at the back. So at the front we also have a 25 megapixel, uh camera. That is, I believe, is a Sony sensor.

So that is great. Other features include a side mounted fingerprint scanner face unlock, so the phone also comes running android 10.0, which is great. So let us now just quickly uh cut the seal and unbox the phone, so we're just going to quickly cut the seal using this knife. So yeah same thing, this side as well. Okay, there.

We go just a bit of difficulty cutting the seal, so we have the seal now cut totally, so we're just going to tear up this back sheet so yeah. So here we have the cool bad coolest. Just keep this aside. So here we go so the cool pad cooler. So let us just gently lift this up, and there we go so here there we have the cool bad cool s, so it comes in a blue color.

So we are just going to keep this aside for a while and see the other contents of the box. So here is a divider. So the next content is a small box which contains a sim ejector tool, so the other contents are a. I believe this is a jelly case, so that's really great that cool pad included a jelly case with the phone and the other content definitely is a screen protector wow. That is really great.

I'm just quite surprised that the cool pad is including a screen protector, a tempered glass with the uh with the phone itself. So that's really great, and I am like I applaud cool bad for doing this. This is really coming in handy for those who want to like to protect your like display and investment. So that's really great. So, let's just put this aside, so the next content is definitely an USB type-c cable.

So that's really great that cool back cool last went with a type c uh connector, instead of an USB like the USB 2.0. So as we move into 2021, I would like definitely see more phones attack the USB type-c, so that is really great. That cool pad is doing it right now. So that's great! So let's just keep this aside. So the next item inside the box is a charger.

So here is the charger itself. So we're going to just keep that aside and the final item inside the box is an USB type-c uh USB type-c earphone, which is great uh, like many brands, are not not including the earphones so again here, that's really great! That cool pad is including an earphone. It looks pretty good. The wires are a bit thin, but the overall, like the iPhone, looks very good. So that's about it.

So these are the contents of the box. So now, let's just quickly dive into the phone itself, so here we have, so we're just going to quickly take this out from the like the protective wrapping. We just keep that aside, and here we have the phone so initial impressions, the phone feels quite premium in the hand. I understand that this is a glass back, so yeah it definitely feels very premium. It has quite kind of a weight to it, which is great.

I love phones that have a bit of heft to it, because it adds to the premiums of the phone. I don't like phones that are too light as well, so this is really great, so before we peel off the plastic and like to get on with the uh like on the phone now we're just going to like to go through the uh like the things that the phone has to offer. So at this side we have a volume rocker, as you can see here, uh the at the bottom. We have a power button which is uh like made distinct by a red line, so which is really great. This further adds to the premium of the device itself.

So the on the other side is a sim tray and the uh that is followed by a side mounted fingerprint scanner. This definitely is a great inclusion, like many phones are starting to adapt. The side mounted fingerprint scanner, but I do wish that it was on the other side and had uh implement has been implemented in the power button itself, so a combination of that would have been great, but nonetheless it is reachable with a finger. So that is not going to be a much of an issue so, but it is going to take some getting used to. So that is something you need to keep uh in mind of so up front.

We have the uh camera the front camera, the 25, megapixel, Sony, camera and uh. Obviously this is the display the 6.53 inch display. So at the bottom we have the micro uh, like the USB type-c port that we like talked about that will be used to charge the phone and data transfer, so that is great, obviously no headphone jack, because we had seen the USB type-c earphone in the box itself. So we have the speaker grille and the microphone grille as well and finally, at the back we have the quad camera setup, as you can see here, so the quad camera is set up, followed by a flash that is really great, and the color is blue, so it is very good. The color looks very nice, and it doesn't have a gradient, but the color itself is very great, so that's about it for the contents of the box.

Now, let's just quickly uh like to take this wrapper off. So this is the most satisfying part of the video. So I'm just going to save at this moment and do it very slowly. So this comes off, and we are just going to pry. This open try this with fingerprint fingernails, sorry.

So there we go. So it was not that satisfying, because there was no sound, but it was really more of a pleasant experience, but I just love that uh clicking sound when the wrapper comes up. But, however, this is pretty good uh, uh, like packaging and this protection for the phone so yeah here we have the phone. The display looks amazing, and we're just going to power this device up. Let's just see if we have some charge in this device, so yeah.

So this is while it's turning on. Let's just wait for a while for the phone to turn on, so the overall profile of the phone is perfect. I really am impressed by the premiums of the device for the price. It is perfect. I know I've seen a lot of phones, but the level of premiums is not similar with other phones, but this phone is really premium.

It has a heft, as I mentioned earlier, so that's great so, and the phone has turned on. Let us just quickly set this up, so yeah we're going to just uh quickly set this up. We're not going to do anything special with over here, uh yeah. So let me just quickly go through over this yeah, so we're going to skip anything skip and there we go. The phone is all booted up and set, so it has some things going in the background, but overall the phone looks perfect.

The software is also not that bad like I use the cool pad cool 6, but yeah. It is a bit different from the cool pad cool 6, which had like a bit of an unpolished software, but this phone definitely has a bit of poly software. That is great. I can see the accents the green accents playing here, and that is definitely great, and the icons also looks good. It is a bit rounded off just the way I like it.

So that is a great inclusion, so yeah, the overall look and feel of the device looks really great. We do have to try and check it out. Furthermore, to know more about the actual quality of the phone, so we will be coming out with our review pretty soon but uh. This has been the unboxing of the device and uh just before we like end this video. I just wanted to like to see the camera of this phone, so I definitely feel that camera is definitely a strong suit of this device and definitely camera, and the premiums is one of the two of the driving factors that will uh sway you towards uh buying this phone so from the initial m looks like the camera looks perfect.

I understand that uh, like I have the studio lights on, so it might play a factor in giving that clear image that we are seeing right now, but definitely we'll test this thing out in the coming days, and we'll provide you with a full review of the phone so stay tuned for that.
