Foreign all right guys, this is your buddy Kenton, so we're doing another test here um I did the test with the s2 tap s2. So this is the uh tab. A 10.1-inch screen uh the new one. This is the tab, a 2018, as you can see, here's the model number there, but that is the older model. This one only has one speaker as you can see there and there we go- and this is the tab s3 that I have there. So when you guys get a good look at the screen, we're going to show some 4k video- and this is the display test and, like I said when you saw the tab s2 compared to the new one, the tab s2 was still slightly better, but this is an LCD right, so let's crank up all the brightness, and then we'll do that all right guys.
So I have all the tablets here set up, as you can see, they're all ready to go all on the same video. Let's do this. Let me turn off the lights, and we'll get this going all right here. We go guys. Let's try to stir them all at the same time.
Wow, this one's not playing. I'm going to pause these here. Let the yellow one catch up a bit. There you go. That's a little closer.
Give you guys a good idea at least yeah. Let's go to full screen. Okay, now we'll compare these two. As you can see the s, the tab s3 looks way better with the HDR. It just looks way more vivid there brighter richer.
In contrast, I find see that now, let's compare these two. These are the tab, an 8-inch from 2018. This is the uh. The newer model 2019-2020 came out the end near the end of the year last year, so, so check that out. So, if I had to look at this, this one looks a little brighter.
This one has a richer depth of color. So look if you look at the sunset it's way brighter on this one. What's that I'm going to slow this one down there, we go good idea, so there we go see this one's brighter. So there you guys go you guys have an overall. If I had to compare this, one has a better uh ray because it's an AMOLED display.
So keep that in mind. It has a richer color, this one's pretty good for what it is, though, guys all right. Okay, that is the screen comparison. We're gonna, do the benchmarks coming up on the three of these uh. Why are you doing this one, but we're going to do on these two to see which one's actually faster.
So we are doing the benchmark test for these three now I've already done the benchmark with the s2 versus this one, but we haven't done it with the original. So here's the model number. This is the old one, as you can see, it's star smt387. This is a 510, and this is the tab. S3 reminds android 8.
, two cores all right. Let's see uh so basically whoa, it's only a quad-core, that's interesting and CPU rm CPU. Let's do this run benchmark. We've already run this one. So let's just go to the history, bring that up.
I just ran that one, and we'll run this one. All right guys stay tuned I'll, be right back all right. So here are the benchmarks all done it took a while guys so um you guys didn't have to the torture of watching through those little bars. Okay. So this is the tab s3, as you can see, it's a 300 score.
It's actually um faster in the single core processing than the tab s2, but the tab s2 is actually a faster multi-core for benchmark. I was actually quite surprised about that. You guys can watch the video um previously, where I did that, and it'll be in this video, but it'll be in a different time mark. So this is the new tab, an as you can see. That's the mark, so not bad, and this is the old one.
This is the old tab, that's annoying. So this is the old tab, um a 2018, so single core horrible, multi-core, even more horrible, so uh. This is the eight inch, of course, so um yeah, it's not the fastest tablet there, but it does the job. This is actually pretty smooth. It does stutter a bit sometimes, but this one is way smoother.
Okay, so uh, and this one is of course super smooth. So um, that's the benchmarks, guys if you guys want to see that now I'll be back guys. You.
