We mainly do smart own technology, but what I wanted to feature in today's video? We got these at work and they are amazing. I wanted to show you guys what these the tab, active 2 by Samsung, is really all about, and why I think these are great for service technicians and let's look and see what all comes inside. So not only is this thing rugged just because of not just the case that it comes, which is a really nice case. Nice rubber has a beveled edge. Gives you a place for the pen as well, but the design of the actual tablet itself it's thoroughly? It's a military-grade glass.

It's waterproof you've got a great camera on the back, which some technicians need to be able to take photos of issues or of finished. You know service, so it's got an 8 megapixel camera in the back, the flash flashlights on the bottom, its USB type-c, a headphone jack and speaker, and your microphone, so you've got the latest technology and, if you're, a company that has multiples of these say you want to. You, have multiple service technicians, and you want to have these kept in your office. Well, they make a charging station, and that is what the connectors down here for you literally just slide them into this Bay kind of charging station, and you can charge multiples of these. At the same time, battery life is 44, 50 Williams, which gives you up to 78 hours of music playing time if you're using internet it's about 11 hours, so you've got a full day easily in one charge.

But the nice thing is that battery is removable, as you saw. So you can have multiple batteries for backup and be able to swap those out which is really nice. This thing is ip68 dust and water resistance, so you're not going to have to worry about, spilling anything on these or getting them ruined because of a dirty work environment. The other thing that's nice about these and why it's the biggest thing for businesses I think to have one of these for your service text instead of getting an iPad or just a random $200 tablet is the security that's on here now you have face unlocking, so you can secure this down to be only your technicians or your IT department to be able to view them to be able to unlock these things, but also on top of that you have Samsung's Knox military-grade security on these, so you can look up down below in the description. But really what it comes down to your IT will be able to customize these things and lock them down to make it to where your text can do their job perfectly and not have to worry about getting on Facebook, and you don't have to worry about them, wasting time on everything else at for being a tablet, but being able to still use this as a work tablet and not a play toy.

So, as you can see, this tablet is by far the biggest and best tablet. In my opinion, for being a service tech, I think this is what is going to help you be able to be above and beyond what just the normal service tech is today and really bring technology up to the forefront for service text and look professional while you do it.
