Ah, oh good morning, good morning, good morning trying to stop this alarm and get out of bed right. So here we're going check exactly five hours and 47 minutes, which obviously wasn't enough sleep for me. As I said, I was crying had a busy evening working till late on the computer and early one this morning. However, you can see the status here like how many times I was awake. So that was quite good because I slept quite deep five hours and Jose 47 minutes, and you can see the light sleep that I have and also the deep sleep, so light sleep was about 4 hours and 21 minutes and deep sleep one hour and 26 minutes. I love this feature.
It's quite cool. However, it's time to go to cook some breakfast now, I'm going to make a nice low, calorie breakfast and show you guys what I'm going to make right guys. So I'm going to show you the preparation for my super quick, low calorie breakfast. I'm going to show you now all the ingredients, I'm using guys, here's all the ingredients I'll be using for my super quick low calorie breakfast scrambled eggs with onion and chorizo, I mean treats- is not super low, calorie I'll, be a bit cheeky and add that because it just gives such a good flavor to the eggs and hey. Why? No I'm going to burn you out later to my workout, so I'm cool with that and, of course, some toasted uh baguette right.
I'm going to get all these prepared and get them in a pan right. So we got the first ingredients in a pan. After this, I'm going to add the eggs on top of the chorizo and the onions, and it's going to give such a great taste. Oh, someone's calling me the best thing about this watch guys hold on. Let me just get this hold on hello, hello.

Hello, yeah I'll, I'll, have to speak to you later because my breakfast is gonna, get burned, and I'm just filming a new vlog. Now all right, perfect I'll, see you later bye, bye, bye, all right guys. So the cool thing about this watch is like. I can cook and talk at the same time, and it's just super easy, so my phone is actually there. You can see it and then my watch no wrist, and it's just super super easy to communicate with people all right.
Let's get this breakfast done because I don't want to burn it here. We are. We have some scrambled eggs with a toast and on the side I'll be having some oranges for vitamin C and, of course, a glass of water which it's ways it's not here yet. So, while I'm having my breakfast, I always take a look on my emails to see. What's going on before, I'm going to get into my office and start the work I have to do and um it's really, really cool and super easy to access.
My email with a new opal watch and I'm gonna, show you right now how I'm going to do this, so we just swipe up, and we can see all the email, notifications and other notifications as well. The missed course the messages and everything really, so you just click on an email, and then we see everything, and we can quickly reply or delete or our type and open on the phone. If we want to right I'm just about to be my first look of the day, and I'm going to take you straight into my closet guys here we are so on this side. We have, I have my shirts all together and then followed by some jumpers and some t-shirts as well. This is not all of them.
I have some more t-shirts in the boxes there, and then I have all my suits all prepared here and then also some jackets and more denim shirts and more jackets, and also you can see here the coats winter coats because obviously it's getting closer to winter now, so we have to use them soon, some necklaces here, let's pick the first look, and I'm going to show you what look I picked in a minute. Hopefully you'll agree with me on this one: okay, guys the first look of the day here we are, I think, this Poco t-shirt with um this um olive, green, chinos and white trainers. Also, another cool thing about this watch that I want to show you guys you can actually change the face of the watch to match your outfit. So let me uh talk you through that right now, right so to change the face of the watch, you hold press the middle of the watch, and then you can see we have a variation of different um faces here. So, probably with the look I'm wearing now, I'd say this one perfect just super easy and on point, so I'll give you another closer look of the face of the watch.
I just picked to see how nicely goes with the outfit I picked for my first look of the day here we are great right guys, so I'm going to take now a mini break from my work, and I'll be doing a quick workout into my uh living room, because I won't have much time to talk to the gym and come back, so I'd rather do something uh some body weight exercises indoors, but before I'm going to go to get change I'll, be using some fitness features from Oppo watch, which is incorporated in the watch, and my favorite thing about this watch is because it doesn't have just like one workout. It has so many variations even have like stretches, and basically it's got everything for this. You know a watch a wristwatch, so all right, I'm going to go change, and I'm going to get back in my living room, and we'll do a workout. We'll show you exactly how this works. Let's go.
I'm all ready to work out, but before I'm going to start this um quick session, I'm going to pick another face of the watch that matches with my whole look so take a look. This is what we go now, and then I'm going to go there. We are for this one boom. Look at that gorgeous. So here we are.
We have the five minutes, quick workout guys we have the morning energizer get moving full body, workout fat, blaster and bedtime stretches. Also. We have the finest run fat burn, auto walk out of cycling swimming, so you can use these as well these workouts, but right now I'm going to be using the fat blaster. So once I press this, we're going to go straight into the workout right, let's see, and then we're going to start. We have nine exercises, and we are good to go to start now.
Let's do this. Now we have a little of rest time. Super smart 20 seconds, it's nine uh five more seconds to go, and then we keep going keep carrying to the exercise. This is so smart workout, complete five minutes, fat blaster and the good thing about it guys you have so many workouts to select from, so you pick, which one actually fits you the best um all right, so I'm going to go to change now and um. We'll see you guys later on the vlog right guys.
So it's my attire for this evening, and also I want to show you the face that I picked for this whole. Look this evening. As you can see, you go baby blue into navy blue, and it's matching nicely with this whole attire that I have this gorgeous navy blue, pink stripe suit, double-breasted with a simple but significant, very versatile, loafers and uh before I'm going to leave guys. I'm going to show you another cool feature on a watch that actually I don't have to take my wallet with me tonight, because probably you know exactly what I'm talking about. It's Google Pay, so I haven't set up mine yet, but once it's set up all I have to do when I pay the bill in a restaurant or whatever I have to pay.
